West Virginia Division of Culture and History and first lady Cathy Justice unveiled a doll in Justice’s likeness for the First Ladies of West Virginia Collection in a ceremony Wednesday in the Great Hall at the Culture Center. The Cathy Justice doll was hand-sculpted by Washington, D.C., artist Ping Lau and shows the first lady in the gown she wore to the inaugural ball. The doll will be displayed in the permanent exhibit of first lady dolls, which is located on the Culture Center balcony.
