Foundation

• To foster and assist in the development of educational programs in journalism, advertising and business in the State of West Virginia.
• To sponsor, or assist in sponsoring, seminars, workshops, research projects and programs or subjects pertaining to the improvement of West
Virginia newspapers.
• To provide scholarships for students of journalism, advertising and related fields of study or continuing education.
